Because your center on Maple Ave not only have some thieves, but you guys didn't set my front-end collision monitor correctly. When I manually set it, it won't stay engaged/on. As to the thief, my ori thieves, but you guys didn't set my front-end collision monitor correctly. When I manually set it, it won't stay engaged/on. As to the thief, my original Radio was removed & replaced with a worn-out model with a scratched/damaged front display screen. The entire screen is scratched up, my music sounds different & no where near to the way it sounded prior to you guys. My vehicle only needed a front bumper replaced, therefore, touching my radio/interior of my vehicle wasn't necessary, unless a planned thief was thought out & accomplished. I'll never again use your center nor BMW OF Dallas. There was no effort at the BMW OF Dallas Service Center nor Auto ation to retify this unethical act, only denial or ignorance. I'm extremely disappointed & currently looking into my legal options. You guys have proven a lack of personal & professional integrity. It's a xxxx disgrace what happened to my vehicle while in your possession. xxxx you guys. More
