Terrible experience. Two and a half months to fix a fender bender - consistently told work would be done by x date and they never met the date. Felt like the car was sitting in the shop apart doing nothing while they did other work. Raised the price multiple times after 'working' on the car for weeks in between. Kicker in the end was when we finally got it back, all alert lights were on and we had another $800 to fix on something they missed. Did they work at our service shop and paid out of pocket rather than have to go back and deal with this Maple shop. More

I have been to this shop twice in two years and am extremely pleased with their work. From the sweet older man who took me home after drop off, to the representative who took care of my vehicle, commu extremely pleased with their work. My bad rating is due to the amount of times (5 times)I had to return to have work corrected. I am in no way a picky person so the reasons for returning were very legitimate. I had dents that were not addressed, scratches that were done by the shop and on the second to the last visit the passenger guides were not installed correctly. The person I dealt with was very apologetic but I now am of the opinion that the “per labor/mechanical hour” rate is not justified. More

I took my car to AutoNation Collision center on Maple Ave in Dallas for collision repair of my front and back bumper areas. I am very happy with the repair process and repair result. Russell Royce and manager Jeremy Weatherall are great to work with. I was keep updated thru process and they were able to help deal with insurance supplements as additional parts and work was necessary when car was disassembled.
