I used to like Autionation Collision. But my car was threw together and when I got called that my car was ready. It was not and I said "Did anybody inspect my car before I was called." The answer was no because the bumper was not right and my front plate was not even put back on. Now this was right after the winter storm 2026 we had. But they used to be so much better. Then of course I complained and the manger Reggie White stated that he would take care of me. He offered to clean and do a diagnostic check on my car for issues that I have had for a while. I said ok because everyone deserves a second chance. So I called him and scheduled an appointment on my off day Good Friday. When I arrived the guy who was supposed to do the diagnostic check was not there and neither was Reggie. My rep that helped me before said that he had just left for a family emergency. I understand that but he was suppose to order a part that had broke on my bumper. It had not even arrived and he couldn't call me. Now I work full time and do not have time for this. He could have called, texted, or had someone else to call. Customer service should come first and you should not lie to the customer. Your word should be binding and I have lost all faith in Autonation Collision. I will no longer allow them to do anything they say. They are not trustworthy and the parts are cheap. I even told the manager I was going to review him and I guess he didn't care. He thought it was funny. Well I don't find this situation laugh worthy. If you don't want to do your job then find another job. This will be my last time using Autionation Collision. A very dissatisfied customer that still have not received a call from Reggie. More

Everyone that I encountered were helpful. Ms Emma was most accommodatable. Enterprise didn't have a car to my liking. She called another rental to see if she could get me in another vehicl Ms Emma was most accommodatable. Enterprise didn't have a car to my liking. She called another rental to see if she could get me in another vehicle. Much to my dismay, when I got there they did't have the vehicle they'd assured her was available. AutoNation picked me up and brought me back. At which time, Ms Emma made reservations for me to pick up the next day. When I came back that next morning, Josh took me to Enterprise and waited with me until my rental was ready. He called me with an update every step of the way; and he promised it by the end of the week and it was indeed ready. Top notch Service!!!! More

took my Honda clarity, plug-in, hybrid, and to get repairs from being rear ended, My collision estimator Portia Herron was excellent,she explained and showed me what needed to be repaired before they repairs from being rear ended, My collision estimator Portia Herron was excellent,she explained and showed me what needed to be repaired before they dismantled my call for repairs, letting me know that there probably was going to be more damage found after the tear down. I was given an estimate with damages they saw before tear down And I was given an estimate after teardown she dealt directly with the insurance company that was paying for my repairs. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all the questions I had outstanding service I would. Definitely use AUTONATION COLLISION CENTER / ESTIMATOR and recommend them to family and friends. More
