My Auto Nation service advisor was pretty good about communicating the progression of repairs and issues which would arise. However, my issue is the quality of service with my collision repairs and the communicating the progression of repairs and issues which would arise. However, my issue is the quality of service with my collision repairs and the length of time ot took to repair my vehicle only to remove a scrape not scratch and paint. If I would have lowered my rating to a 2 which is only reflective of the shop workers performance it would slight my advisor Mike. However, did not want to discount my advisor Mike due to the shop deficiencies. The repair was excessive and extended past 3 months. Once I received my vehicle the job looked incomplete because the shop did not paint a chip above the damaged area and could not answer any questions about my vehicle dashboard functioning. This was my second visit to this shop my first visit was during the pandemic but it went exceptionally well despite wait time for parts. My last visit will have me to reconsider other options if repaors are needed again. Mike was great! More
If I wasn’t told it would be only a couple of weeks to fix my car, I would have been more prepared for the 2 months it took. Caroline Rodriguez would say that she was going to update me one day, and would fix my car, I would have been more prepared for the 2 months it took. Caroline Rodriguez would say that she was going to update me one day, and wouldn’t update me until my mom called or I email her requesting one. My mom has tried to call her on multiple occasions and she didn’t answer; instead, she finally sent me an emailed update. I know it it’s not exactly her fault it took that long, but I feel as though she could’ve communicated better and gave me more of a realistic timeline. More
AutoNation Collision Center North Houston is outstanding. My truck was smashed in the front and down the left side. The left front wheel and suspension was destroyed. Post COVID I was explained there would be a delay. No one would call with updates. I only got quick responses when I emailed. They kept my car for almost two months and then told my insurance didn’t c No one would call with updates. I only got quick responses when I emailed. They kept my car for almost two months and then told my insurance didn’t cover a scan. Wanted to hold my car until $100 was paid and they got paid almost 10K. Estimator was not up front on unpaid balance. I was appalled that they would attempt to hold my car for $100. When you had my vehicle from July (last week) to September. No remorse and money hungry. Would not recommend if you wanting to have it repair by Mercades. Repair overall seems good. Lack of communicating and the money side was my issue. Customer service-1 star. More
