They gave me a price quote initially, and then when they saw that the insurance company of the person who hit me paid more than their quote, they doubled my payment. The Cheyenne representative never informed me of anything; she never called unless I called. Furthermore, they broke a light bulb in my vehicle and charged the insurance company for it, meaning I paid more for something they did. Cheyenne was completely unhelpful, and it was a terrible experience. I will never take my vehicle there for service again. More
