When our pickup was ready. We were informed that it has to go through quality control, it took 3 days because of the weekend. We picked up the vehicle going down the street, we noticed the alignment was out. (By the that one of the complaint post accident) Needless to say we turned around back to the facility. Picked up later that day came home the vehicle would not lock, the cargo bed didn't align with the cab. Back again, the locking issue resolved cab was another issue. The repair coordinator."Toyota's cab always off by three millimeters." This was off by 18 millimeters. Needless to say, they were not able correct the issue, the excuse makes Toyota's quality of new cars questionable. The shops ability to perform quality work and inspection highly questionable. Two people had to make trips back and forth, then had to wait for the front desk person to get done playing with their phone, Excellent! Thanks More

My first impression was correct when the service adviser said to me "I've been doing this a long time" Well he's probably the worst at providing any kind of feedback or status updating I've ever encountere said to me "I've been doing this a long time" Well he's probably the worst at providing any kind of feedback or status updating I've ever encountered! Only callbacks I ever received were from the service manager and never from the so called service adviser. .A month later I am still waiting for two decals to finish the job...again service adviser had no clue of their status until I called to check a month later. I had my 2010 Toyota Prius here for a factory paint recall. The staff was easy to work with and accommodating with setting up a rental car while my work was being done.
