I was initially helped by Tom to get set up with my estimate and then Erik handled everything else. He was very professional, communicated with me constantly and made sure that my insurance provider is estimate and then Erik handled everything else. There were slight delays due to parts availability, but Erik communicated that to me right away and kept constantly checking in to provide an update. He also followed up with a call to make sure we are satisfied with the provided service and even arranged for some minor corrections. I haven’t made time to stop by the auto body shop to make that correction, so that’s on me. I am very satisfied with the service and care provided by everyone involved. My collision specialist dropped the ball when submitting supplement claim to the insurance. I had to wait 5 weeks before getting my car back because they wouldn’t release it till pymt was made. I had to fight with the ins company for rental reimbursement because the car was ready two weeks prior but since KJ wasn’t contacting the rt people it prolonged pymt and they tried to argue that it was auto collisions problem not there’s. All this time and I finally got my money from them. To think I only went to your facility because I was recommended by my manager who used you before. This was a very terrible experience and I will never use you again. There are plenty of other Jeep dealers I could’ve used. More
