I had an overall good experience at Stevens Creek Collision Center. On the plus side, Nick communicated with me in a consistent and timely fashion. The only collective problem we had in getting my car repaired was that BMW kept sending Nick a trailer hitch mount that didn't match the original. That probably delayed the repair by a few weeks. After some patience and persistence on the part of everyone involved, we finally got the correct hitch mount, and it was all good. More
