During the time that my vehicle was being repaired, communications were handled promptly and efficiently. However, after paying for the repairs, upon finding a few entries on the invoice that I wanted communications were handled promptly and efficiently. However, after paying for the repairs, upon finding a few entries on the invoice that I wanted to speak with someone about, although I tried numerous times I was unable to reach my service advisor. Once I was put on hold for over 10 minutes; once I was transferred to the parts department; once I was transferred to someone's voicemail, etc. etc. I even sent an email, to which no response was received (it's now two days since I sent it). I don't see this as a good way to maintain a customer relationship. More
I had scheduled an appointment to have my Dodge Ram repaired under warranty I had to wait 7 weeks for an appointment to have my exhaust manifold repaired.
