My responses " The gentleman handling your case is not in today. " Really? Is this how customer service work? As we discussed what we were interested in, Isaac listened and narrowed us down to the exact truck we were looking for. His manager, Jeff Miller, went above and beyond to locate our truck and have it brought to us. We’ve owned six different Dodge vehicles and this was by far our best buying experience. The selection is huge, the staff works as a team, the building is comfortable with a rest area for snacks and seating while you navigate the buying process. Plenty of up front parking and you don’t get that high pressure salesy feel as you step on to the lot.
