bad customer service I purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 on 6/29/2019, running board and other parts needs to be ordered to get installed. As 7/4 was approaching, I expect there I purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 on 6/29/2019, running board and other parts needs to be ordered to get installed. As 7/4 was approaching, I expect there will be delay fro arrival of the parts. It is 8/5/2019 today, I called the service department to check on the status. My responses " The gentleman handling your case is not in today. " Really? Is this how customer service work? Over a month of waiting and I have no answer or status on when parts can be installed to my vehicle ? More

His manager, Jeff Miller, went above and beyond to locate our truck and have it brought to us. We’ve owned six different Dodge vehicles and this was by far our best buying experience. The selection is huge, the staff works as a team, the building is comfortable with a rest area for snacks and seating while you navigate the buying process. Plenty of up front parking and you don’t get that high pressure salesy feel as you step on to the lot.
