Terrible experience purchasing new Ram 1500 Contacted Rider Funez and told him what I was looking for. He responded in the evening with a black 1500 which matched my needs. Came in to the deal Contacted Rider Funez and told him what I was looking for. He responded in the evening with a black 1500 which matched my needs. Came in to the dealership the next morning. The truck had been sold for days. He lied. He found another truck that was silver. It matched my other requirements except for the off-road tires which he said he could swap out. That was acceptable. I was sent a trade in value for my Volvo. When it came time to do the trade in, Rider said they couldn't match it even though they were the ones who sent me the original offer. Another lie. I talked with Sean, the sales manager, he upped the trade in value to the original offered amount saying "he didn't realize I had all the extra pkg's in the trade vehicle. ok but sketchy at best. Rider and Sean said they couldn't get the tires swapped that day because it was Saturday and there was noone in service who could do it. I was to make an appointment the next week as well as get a scratch taken care of. I agreed to a sale. The next week I called to get the tires and scratch taken care of. Rider disappeared. Got a hold of Sean and he said they would swap them out if I paid for an entire set of new tires. They lied. I ended up paying $1300. for the tires I wanted and that they agreed to swap out. The scratch still hasn't been taken care of. Now there are additional problems with the electronics. The lane assist doesn't work. The camera reading speed limit signs goes between showing the speed limit as 72mph or 105mph. Huh? I have photos. I came in to get the tires swapped and looked around at the the other trucks on the lot while I waited. On the lot was a black 1500 with 12" screen, off road tires and the premium stereo - exactly the truck I wanted in the first place. It was also less expensive than the truck I paid for. It had been on the lot for a week but Rider didn't show it to me. I am very unhappy with the quality of customer service at Brandon Dodge Broadway. Why do they feel the need to be dishonest? I was screwed over on the tires. I certainly won't be recommending this dealership to others. More
