We were at the Dealership on a very busy Saturday, and due to that level of activity one of the sales managers (Paul) came out to assist us. He was very efficient in selecting the truck that had the options that we wanted, we loaded up the car seat and went for a test drive. Paul continued assisting up until Mike Breshears was available (our original contact) to take over and complete the purchase. We were able to drive home with our new truck that day, and are so happy with our purchase, and as a bonus they have a sister branch in Cañon City that can do our warranty work - We are very happy buyers More

From an experience standpoint it was better than the horror stories I'd heard about the process. A stressful situation led me to the dealership, but everyone here was friendly and more importantly laid back. Yes, there was occasional pressure to make a decision but I get with sales that is inherent. I took days to make my decision and am walking out happy with it. The only thing I didnt give 5 stars is price. I wanted to get it lower based on some other used models but with a certified vehicle I feel much more confident and was ultimately willing to pay for that. Micheal Kern was seriously the calm and relaxing sales guy I needed and I would definitely recommend him to someone new or nervous about the process. More

Right when we were ready to leave we looked at the vehicle we ended up purchasing. When we went to negotiate, Josiah was very respectful and worked with us to make the deal happen. I will never go back for sales and service, and unfortunately have tainted my interest in dodge vehicles. I have never been more displeased and disappointed at a car dealership in my life, shockingly enough for both sales and service. I have never been more displeased and disappointed at a car dealership in my life, shockingly enough for both sales and service. Did not even receive an emailed survey...shocking. Sales: I have a 2017 Durango and absolutely love it, which is why I was interested in purchasing a charger. I had a service appointment scheduled for 9am on a Monday, and I went in to look at chargers the Saturday prior. My sales consultant had my charger waiting for me when I arrived and we went right for a test drive which was great. However, the horror started happening once we stepped inside the dealership. There were no available desks due to all the other sales consultants haggling with their customers over Brandon Dodge’s high and unrealistic prices. I was then shown into a waiting room and to wait for numbers for the charger. I was surprised to see on his return that the initial offer for the charger was so unrealistic and insulting that I almost walked out, even more than a 60K dollar Durango! After he saw my frustration he left and came back with a payment $250 less than the original amount. The numbers were not going to work for trim of the model I wanted, so we looked at a lower model and after dragging me across the entire dealership there were no lower model chargers. After walking back in the dealership and was given another lower and somewhat reasonable offer I wanted to think about and come back the next day. To make a long story short I did not buy a vehicle here, and when I received a call if I was still interested I let my consultant know I went with a different car. He then proceeded and asked exactly what deal I received, and then stated I could have gotten a better car for a better deal with him. I didn’t know what was worse, the rude and unprofessional remarks or just the bold faced dishonesty from the Brandon Dodge Sales Consultant. After this conversation I was surprised on the behavior and attitude from this consultant. After this sales horror story, I was reluctant to go for service. I did not want to, but since there were 2 safety recalls on my Durango I had no choice. Service: I called the service department at 8:30 before I went in to verify if I could receive a loaner car, and when I called I was very confused. First, he told me my appointment was at 8 even though I was told 9, and that he would call me back if he had one. I was eventually called back and told that I would have a loaner car. I quickly drove right down to the dealership to drop off the car. However, the service advisor that started my service said that I actually didn’t have a rental car and the recalls would be quick. I insisted that I need a rental car and will be back once it is finished. The advisor still insisted it would be quick and to have a seat. After almost 2 hours I went back to the advisor and demanded that I now need a car and will be late for my appointment. He agreed that I can have one but would CHARGE me. After hearing this I was beyond frustrated. I was told 10 minutes prior entering the dealership I would have a loaner car, and now that I have been waiting 2 hour and don’t have one and that I would be charged for one was unacceptable. I explained to him again I was promised one and that I need a loaner car. I was finally able to get one, but was of course a giant truck with diesel and DEF. To make a long story short, there was absolutely no good part about Brandon Dodge, and I regret even going to the dealership in the first place. I will never go back to that dealership, and I am certainly considering investing in any other dodge product in the future. I also found it interesting that my paperwork said I WOULD receive a survey, but it has been over a week and still no emailed survey. It seems very coincidental or suspicious to why I wouldn’t. The only positive feedback I have for the dealership was my cashier, she was very sweet and communicated professionally and appropriately, unlike any other individual I interacted with in both sales and service. I would NOT recommend this dealership, and if I received a survey would give all zeroes for sales and service. More
