I liked the car but the high miliege had me on the fence. Andre listened to my concerns and met me at the price that made me comfortable to take the car home that night. Very down to earth guy and easy to talk to about the deal and just life. When I went to leave the car wouldn’t start. Turned out to have a bad battery. I was given a check to buy a new one and was told to call and let them know if it was more expensive to replace and they would reimburse the rest. I’d be happy if every car dealer was like Brandon Dodge. More

The Dealship worked to make me satisfied. I bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan from them. They inspected the vehicle and replaced the windshield and some other parts to make sure it would work well for me. The negotiation process went well and I felt like I was being treated fairly. Anyways, less than 48 hours after taking delivery of the vehicle, the transmission died. Michael Kern made sure that I was taken car. Brandon Dodge let me borrow a vehicle while they repaired the transmission. They didn't give me any hassle and made sure that everything was covered under the vehicle's warranty. They worked to make me satisfied. I appreciate the way Brandon Dodge treated me during this process although I'm now skeptical about the quality of a Dodge vehicle. Hopefully, it was just a fluke problem with my vehicle and that there will not being any major issues going forward. More
