Excellent customer service and reasonable price Google led me to Brandon Dodge because they posted a vehicle I wanted to see, with the qualities and price range I wanted. I made an appointment, arr Google led me to Brandon Dodge because they posted a vehicle I wanted to see, with the qualities and price range I wanted. I made an appointment, arrived a bit early, and Sales Professional Matthew Pollock assisted me for the rest of the day. He was 100% professional, yet with a friendly, relaxed demeanor. He was confident and knowledgeable in answering all my questions about the vehicle. He demonstrated the various technical features of the vehicle (i.e. power doors, radio/DVD/CD/phone console features, stow-n-go seats, etc.). There was no pressure to buy the vehicle, and no change to the price that was posted online (other than the expected taxes and dealership fees). I did buy the vehicle, so Matt explained all the paperwork as we went through it, until the final financial dept. paperwork). He even drove about 2 hours roundtrip to help me get my old untradeable vehicle And the new one back home. I give Matthew 5 stars out of 5 stars! P.S. The financial department employee was very nice, efficient, and friendly, but I didn't get her business card, so I don't have her name. Sorry about that! More
