All Around Great! After visiting four dealerships in one day, two of which we walked out of mid shopping because of lackluster customer service or pushy salesman, we en After visiting four dealerships in one day, two of which we walked out of mid shopping because of lackluster customer service or pushy salesman, we ended up at Brandon Dodge. The atmosphere of the place was laid back, but very attentive. Everyone was very friendly and quick to help without being pushy or overbearing. Matt was quick to find the car we were looking for and get us out on a totally painless test drive. It turned out the car we liked had a price listing error, the online price that first brought us in to look at it was the price the dealership had paid for it and not it's actual sales price. Matt was super understanding and apologetic about the mix up, he was able to show us all the numbers of what the dealership payed for it and the cost they put in before listing the vehicle. Matt was open to a "meet somewhere in the middle" negotiation because of the pricing error and at the end of the day we left with a new car at a price that made us happy. Good vibes and good people, I'd definitely deal with them again. More
