They gave me $2500 more than any other dealership for my previous 2014 Ram truck. I used their website to start my research and used their contact form for communication. Matt promptly started pulling trucks together and had a truck waiting for me when I arrived. I was looking for a unique color and ultimately found a 2018 1500 Bit Horn Ram in that Holland Blue. The best part was the deal. It was very non-contentious and felt more like a conversation than the typical back and forth. There are two other Ram dealerships closer to where I live, but I would rather go the extra 20 miles for the experience alone. My brother also bought his 2017 1500 Ram truck there. He told me I should start there but I did not listen and ended up wasting two Saturdays...don't make the same mistake. More

Everyone at the dealership was so nice; from the receptionist who let my 9 year old say "hi" over the paging system, to the desk manager who helped us with our trade in and get the right deal, to the finance rep who helped us with our paperwork. We are habitual leasers and shop for cars every couple of years, and I typically dread having to go through the process. Service manager Mike made sure all items were handled appropriately which was important to us as we were planning to purchase after the lease. At the same time Jillian called to start the process on the purchase. She had great follow up and a quick process and while it was a busy time, we are now past that sometimes dreaded process. I could have done this online or with the leasing co but it was nice to have face to face interaction for questions/options. Finance was smooth and high tech with everything on a thumb drive - no more papers to file at home! Many say you feel like family here and we sure do. More

I found the jeep I purchased at Brandon Dodge on a Friday night and told Nick that my brother had flown in to help me find a car and that we wanted to shop around a bit on Saturday. Nick gave us the absolute best deal possible and allowed us to continue shopping. Never once was he pushy or rude, just wanted me to get the best vehicle for me! Once I called him to state that I was ready to purchase on Monday, he got the paperwork ready and made the process very smooth and easy. Nick even went above and beyond to drive me to Enterprise to return my rental and I went home in the car I purchased on the same day.
