I will not purchase from this dealer ever again nor I would recommend, i purchase a 2021 dodge Durango and the next day the low tire pressure sensor came on, I had to replace the 2 front tires and I didn would recommend, i purchase a 2021 dodge Durango and the next day the low tire pressure sensor came on, I had to replace the 2 front tires and I didn’t even had a week with the vehicle I reached out to them and of course they said the vehicle passed the inspection however the two front tires had plugs all over and they were 2 inch from the sidewalk which wis a hazard and they did not wanted to be responsible for this or the 617 I paid for it, it’s been almost 3 weeks and they haven’t sent the pay off for my trade in and expect me to make a payment for a vehicle I got have anymore! The sales persons Laila was horrible as well as management. Only to make a sale. More

My experience with AutoNation, specifically with their commercial manager Amy, was nothing short of a nightmare dressed as a business transaction. The disdain and utter lack of professionalism I encounter commercial manager Amy, was nothing short of a nightmare dressed as a business transaction. The disdain and utter lack of professionalism I encountered was mind-boggling. It's as if the concept of customer service was an alien notion to her. Each unanswered call, each moment of silence, felt like a slap in the face—a clear message that my business, and by extension, I myself, were of no consequence.Imagine reaching out six times, each call echoing into a void, punctuated by a single, half-hearted callback that served only to highlight Amy's apparent irritation at having to deal with a "mere" small business owner looking to purchase three trucks. It was a masterclass in how to alienate and dishearten a customer. The message was crystal clear: I was an annoyance, an unwelcome interruption to her day.This wasn't just rudeness; it was an outright dismissal, a level of unprofessionalism so profound it left me reeling. It's one thing to miss a call, but it's an entirely different universe to make a customer feel like an unwelcome burden. This wasn't merely a lost sale; it was a lost opportunity for AutoNation to show that it values every customer, regardless of the size of their purchase.I was driven away, not just by the absence of service, but by the palpable disdain with which I was treated. My advice to anyone considering giving their business to AutoNation, especially to those dealing with Amy, is to run—not walk—in the opposite direction. There are places where your business and you as a person will be valued and respected. Unfortunately, AutoNation, under Amy's guidance, is not that place. My ordeal was a stark reminder that where one chooses to spend their hard-earned money is important. Choose a dealership that doesn't just want your business but respects it. More
