I shopped on line for a 2013 BMW X5, Aaron the Internet Manager sent me pictures of a red 2013 BMW X5 and told me over the phone that the car was in great shape, after driving 2.5 hours to the dealership, I found that the car had been in an accident and the front bumper was torn off, the quarter panel and door panel was dented and the rear bumper was dented (please see pictures). I do not know how dealerships can get away with this level of dishonesty? What rights do we as buyers have against this? More
