He failed to include the municipal/city taxs into the loan, clearly just to get the payment down and rudley called me up a month later demanding an additional $800! this was after I put $3000 down. Then he pointed out that it didnt matter whos fault it is because the contract conveniently, has him covered for this sort of shady business tactic. I Also noticed he snuck in a $99 aftermarket accessorie charge Into the loan, even though I purchased no such thing. It has been a horrible nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. More

When I phoned the service manager, I was told they lost the second remote, but the sales manager could help. After leaving 4 messages for the sales manager to call back, I finally called the service manager and they said "they would never pay for a remote and key. After spending close to $500 dollars on a newly programmed remote, I am filing a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal counsel. Thanks Brandon Dodge!!! More
