I was looking for a half ton - 4x4 - regular cab - short bed with a certain power package combination (5.7L Hemi with the Torque flight 8 speed Transmission and 3:92 gear ratio and 20 inch wheels) Nation wide inventory searches revealed nothing in the 2013 models. Other dealers I went to along the Front Range of Colorado pretended to listen to what I wanted then spent their energy trying push their existing inventory off on me. I heard the deals, the price cuts, the incentives, etc, etc.... First Shaun Mauer then later in the process Hal Turley (fleet manager) at Brandon Dodge in Littleton CO really did listen to me. They quickly figured out that it wasn't about anything other than "I wanted what I wanted". The last "new" truck I bought was in 1979 and compromising on options I did not want (or need) and trying to entice me with prices and incentives wasn't in the cards on this deal. Hal told me when the 2014s were going to start production, I ordered exactly what I wanted (with Hal's help) and three weeks later I was driving away in a 2014 Regular Cab Short Bed with a 5.7 Hemi, 8 speed Transmission, 3:92 gears, and 20 inch wheels. That power train in a body style with no "fat" has really been fun! More

I told him that I only had 15 minutes to shop because of a business appointment. He presented directly to my vehicle needs and took me straight to this vehicle. The salesman was good. The service department does good work, & is the best part of the dealership. The finance department is deceptive. What i was promised was not what i got. Hal Turley jumped through a lot of hoops to find the exact truck I wanted, personally driving a great distance to pick it up so it would be at the dealership when I arrived from Albuquerque. Jason and others in service got everything ready fast. Every contact from the front door, sales, parts, service & finance was above expectations.
