Justin and the rest of the team worked it out to a very accomidating payment for me and I have the vehicle I want. The professionalism was outstanding. The timeliness and attention to detail, as well as them making sure I was satisifed left me speechless. I drove over an hour to purchase a vehicle with them..and would do it again, even though I have a dodge dealership around the corner..the expereinces were like night and day. I've owned a dodge for over 18 years and swore I would never buy another one after my experience in the springs with a associated dealership..but Brandon Dodge on Broadway changed my mind. If you don't live nearby..they're worth the drive! I cannot say how happy and thankful I am to this crew!! They truly are the best I have ever worked with!! More
I came in for an advertized vehicle. Michael Kern took my phone call and set an appointment. he was prompt knowledgable and in now way tried to seell me anything. He let information guide my experience and found ways to get me the information I desired to make an informed decision. There were a few things to be fixed on the vehicle. The cost for repairs ran over estimates yet the dealership and AJ the GM stood behind what they had set up with me. Michael called frequently to keep me informed as to the schedule for the repair and made certain I received a top quality vehicle for the money spent. Michael Kern can not be recommended highly enough. Brandon Dodge is to be commended for their work and integrity. In an age when people often say whatever is necessary to make a sale, I was encouraged by the treatment I received throughout the deal. I would say this dealership and Michael have set the bar so high i can not think of another dealership to which I would ever send a friend. More
This is "why" I gave my rating. These people at Brandon Dodge are CROOKS. I was ripped off! I bought a Ram 1500 a couple of weeks ago from Brandon Dodge off of Broadway, and during my whole exper Brandon Dodge are CROOKS. I was ripped off! I bought a Ram 1500 a couple of weeks ago from Brandon Dodge off of Broadway, and during my whole experience that day (a few hours) I was highly pressured, manipulated, and lied to many times. First of all, the credit score they showed me (supposedly mine) was supposed to be the highest between the three major credit agencies. It was not! I know this because the next day after purchase the ram truck, I pulled my credit scores from all three-credit agencies. My highest real credit score was a 142 points MORE, yeah that is right MORE than they showed me and used, thus, increasing my percentage rate. Next, I was lied to my face that my trade in would be completely paid off in full. Well, it is not! I called the original salesman (Jerry Hunter) and discussed the problem. The first thing he said to me was that I should have read the buyers agreement. I know it is my fault for not reading thoroughly, but they prey off the people who are not familiar with contracts and naive. Now this means that he (salesman) already knew what the contract says about trade in pay offs. So, why did he LIE to my face and tell me that it would be paid in full and then shook my hand?? Now I have to pay the remaining accrued interest balance of over a hundred dollars. Then (Terrance) the finance manager manipulated me into buying an extended warranty. The warranty he sold me cost almost 3 grand which was supposed to include gap insurance and free oil changes. After scrutinizing the sales contract when I got home, I noticed that I was charged an extra 350 dollars for the gap and 300 for oil changes! WTF! That is 650 dollars extra that I was charged! In addition, he manipulated me into taking the 75K mile/6 year warranty as opposed to the 100K mile/6year warranty that I asked him about because I did not like original 65K by telling me that if I were to take the 100K mile offer, then he (Terrance, the finance manager) would not get a commission. I felt sorry for him and so I took the 75K so he can get a commission after he offered me a 65K mile first. WTF! Where is the ETHICS in this business transaction on their part?? Anyway, buyers beware. More
I was shopping for a 2003 Dodge Durango to replace my truck that was destroyed in an accident. I thought I had found the perfect match through my insurance company's car finder program. I got a response from Michael within the hour of my request for information. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. We worked out the details to come see the vehicle the next day, however, that vehicle was sold the first thing the next morning. After I called Michael to confirm our appointment he told me of the sale and was genuinly upset and wanted to make it right by me. After talking to the inventory manager, they offered a newer, better equipped, and all around better vehicle for a price that was almost impossible to turn down. People can say what they want about car salesmen not having hearts, but all of the people at Brandon Dodge did their part to not pressure me and to make this experience fun. Thank you for everything. We had been searching for a new vehicle for several months. We had shopped around with many dealerships in Utah and Colorado, but all of them seemed way overpriced, lacked in customer service, or were unwilling to cooperate. We knew the exact vehicle we wanted and everything we wanted it to include. After shopping around to MANY dealerships and getting the run-around, we came across Brandon Dodge. I began corresponding with their internet manager, Michael Kern. He was very efficient, honest, understandable, and didn’t try using any car salesman gimmicks. He answered all questions we had and was excellent to deal with. When it came to negotiating they accepted our first offer, which was an amazing deal. We do not live in the same town as the Brandon Dodge dealership, so it required my family to drive 4 hours to view the vehicle. As we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and Mr. Kern quickly welcomed us. He took us to the vehicle we had our eyes on and showed us all the details. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and helpful in answering any questions. When it came time to test drive the vehicle we appreciated that Mr. Kern asked what type of driving we’d like to do to test it out. We were interested in seeing how much power the vehicle had and how it handled, so Mr. Kern let it happen. He directed us to a great spot to try the vehicle at and he encouraged us to drive the vehicle exactly how we wanted…..taking it up hills, accelerating quickly, and pushing the vehicle how we wanted. We had an amazing experience with Brandon Dodge from start to purchase. It was well worth an 8-hour roundtrip drive to have the experience, customer service, and great pricing that this dealership offered. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

I was contacted within 24 hours as stated by a friendly sales rep, Michael Kern. Once contacted the whole sales expierence was fast and friendly. I set up an appointment, discussed likes, wants and needs for the new truck I was looking for and immediately had a list of trucks to choose from. When my final truck came up just short of my needs equipment wise, Michael and Josh Welch(sales Manager) found me the truck that met all my needs(and then some) in an upgraded Bighorn version and upheld the quoted price of the SLT I was looking at. They stayed late and made sure I was happy with the truck, the price and my visit. In all the experiance was an A+. I would also like to compliment their recepionist as she was so friendly uopon our arrival. She too did everything possible to see that we were well taken care of. Even the finance manager, Terrence Pete, was friendly and very informative. Overall i would say Brandon Dodge has been the best dealership i have visited to date with an exceptionally friendly staff. As soon as we were on the lot we were put in contact with Michael who immediately got us out the the vehicles we were looking at and quickly hopped in for a test drive. After deciding that we would see where the "numbers" put us, Michael went to work to seal the deal. He did a great job at getting us a wonderful price on our trade in and did everything in his power to get us out of there with the vehicle and payment we wanted. More

Brandon Dodge was a breath of fresh air! We walked in and were warmly greeted by any associate passing by. Wendy, at the front desk, was a delight to talk to while they located Michael. We went to the dealership with a vehicle already picked out, but Michael was able to show us some features that we had overlooked online. After the test drive, we knew it was our car, and Michael worked with us the entire way to ensure our satisfaction. He even introduced us to main mechanic that had done the inspection on the vehicle. After previously visiting Medved off of I-70, this was a COMPLETELY different experience. The dealers at Medved were pushy and rude. What drove me off off that lot was that they refused to give me a price on the vehicle until I "Made a commitment, because price doesn't matter." That man must not have a mortgage to pay! I left Medved disgusted because I couldn't even get a price on the vehicle. Determined to make sure that didn't happen again, I selected a vehicle online. Overall I would recommend any friends or family to Brandon Dodge and beg them to avoid Medved. While I was hoping that they would come down on the online price a little, I still feel like I got a good deal. Thanks again Michael! More
