I bought a 2017 Durango R/T from them and by 2022 the AC stopped working. Had to pay big bucks to have it repaired by them. From the day I got it back the AC made a gurgling sound. When it finally got warm in July of 2023 I started using it again and the gurgling got worse. I tried calling many times and could never get through to a service person to ask if I should be concerned. Then the AC stopped producing any cold air. I've tried everything to reach them with no luck. I tried to schedule an appointment online and they had no availability for at least THE NEXT 3 YEARS.Should be covered by warranty but no way to schedule an appointment. I have purchased several cars from them over the years. Never again. More

When you have an appointment set for 8:15 am on Monday you would expect that your vehicle will be checked on that day not 2 days later. Also trying to contact the service department on the was next to im you would expect that your vehicle will be checked on that day not 2 days later. I had an appointment for an issue my 2017 Ram 1500 Sport and brought it in early morning. Two days later, they still had not even looked at the truck! What good is an appointment if they are just going to store it on the lot... I think it's time I drive further for better service and stop using this place. More

The only issue I had was I made an appointment for service 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived for my appointment I was told there would be a 3-4 day wait until the issue was addressed. I have always thought if an appointment was made in advance than was your time slot for the service. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the 2=3 day delay in service from the appointment time. Is it normal to have to wait this long to have a car serviced when an appointment is made well in advance? More
