Price changed between Buy Online deal and in-store I found the Ram truck I wanted at Brandon Dodge after a test drive and shopping around with multiple other dealerships. I went through the buy online I found the Ram truck I wanted at Brandon Dodge after a test drive and shopping around with multiple other dealerships. I went through the buy online process and was given a price that was in my budget. When I went to the dealership to finalize and pick-up the vehicle, the manager explained to me that there was an error in the online deal and the actual price of the vehicle was $3000 more than my online deal. They asked if I was willing to renegotiate which I found completely disappointing. They confirmed I did the online buying process exactly right, and the discrepancy in price was their fault, but couldn't honor the price. Everything up until the purchase went great and I enjoyed working with my salesman, but the bait and switch on the price made me purchase a vehicle elsewhere that was not as good a match for me. I am still disappointed about having to make that choice. More
