This dealerships service has seriously degraded since Auto Nation took over. Recommend finding some place better. I dropped off my vehicle the night before a scheduled appointment. Not sure if technicians are dragging their feet or scheduling department is over booking. Recommend finding another dealership for your maintenance needs. More

Service Department has gone downhill and it seems to be getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. Well my oil change took over two and a half hours to complete and I think it would getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. We are more worried about our cell phones and personnel calls than helping the customer. I think I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes. I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve bought two brand new dodge Durangos from this dealership. Never had an issue. With that said, yesterday I had my wife take the Durango to get an oil change while I was at work and they told her t dealership. Never had an issue. With that said, yesterday I had my wife take the Durango to get an oil change while I was at work and they told her that our engine filter needed replaced for $65. She declined. When I got home I checked it and it was completely fine. Bought our 2022 Durango brand new and it has 6,200 miles on it. They tried to get her for an extra $65 real quick and I don’t feel that’s an honest way to go. The engine and cabin filter were both clean. They were just hoping she’d say yes and spend $65 while getting an oil change. More
