Avoid the Service Department at all cost Update: 9 months ago I was a satisfied owner of a new Ram. I have not even owned the truck a year and have been screwed by the service department not once but twice. First time, the trucks power steering went out entirely and I could barely get it back to the dealer. The manager told me the deadline I'd have my truck back, and on that day received no call or follow up. I called in to find out the parts were not in still and had to call in myself everyday for the next week and a half to find out when I'd have my truck back. It was like pulling teeth to have the manager even get me a loaner so I could get back to work! They only put me in a crappy truck from enterprise. Today, 9.28.19 I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation as part of the service package. I picked it up clean and ready to go, so I thought. I don't even make it a few miles down Woodmen before my left rear wheel falls off the hub entirely!! This could have killed me had I been going around a corner or driving at freeway speeds!! The service manager Todd had no answers for me when I called... after reviewing the damage all parties agreed that the nuts were not properly torqued down.. Does this mean COS Dodge has complete disregard for their customers safety?! Thankfully I was not injured and no one else was either. This could have been far worse of an incident and ultimately could have resulted in a fatal accident. I really hope COS Dodge is planning to do everything they can to not only make this right, but ensure it does not happen again to another customer! Customer/Client safety should be a priority! More

I still have not been contacted or received an email on the build that I requested. More
