Easiest vehicle purchase ever with the nicest people Working with Kevin, Heston, and John at Colorado Springs Dodge was a great experience. I started working with Kevin initially via phone. My intention Working with Kevin, Heston, and John at Colorado Springs Dodge was a great experience. I started working with Kevin initially via phone. My intention was to buy a special order 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel and have it built to order. Kevin and John looked everywhere to find the vehicle exactly how I wanted it and found it at another dealership. Kevin was off the day I was set to go to the dealership to begin the paperwork, so I was introduced to Heston. Since I had not yet sat in and looked over the Rebel, Heston pulled one up and began going over the vehicle with us, and we went and looked at another Ram that was the color I had thought I wanted. After some discussion, we determined that the vehicle he had brought up for us to look at was a better fit. At no time did we ever feel that Heston or John were trying to steer us into that vehicle. The entire time we were at the dealership, and during the discussions about the trucks, there was ZERO pressure. We drove out of the dealer with the vehicle we wanted, saying goodbye to our wonderful 2015 Ram 3500. I should also mention that we worked with Garth Willson in Finance. While we waited for the warranty bomb to drop, it never materialized. I knew going in that there was going to be more to spend besides the truck and Garth made it easy, explained each option, and was pleasant to chat with. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and while I am not going to be buying any new vehicles anytime soon, this is where I am heading back to when I do. More
