Poor customer experience overall The young man I met with (Eric) was the best part of the vehicle purchase experience. Eric was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, it ended there. The young man I met with (Eric) was the best part of the vehicle purchase experience. Eric was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, it ended there. The trade allowance for my vehicles was very low. I had (2) great trucks for trade. They low balled me big time on trade-in. They were stubborn and didn't budge on their sale vehicle; claiming it was the "lowest priced RAM in the state" on that day. Who cares? Work with me...the buyer, today! The finance guy (Garth) was a total xxxxxx. Very pushy, injected his opinion well after I had stated my decision(s) on add-on products/services. I waited well over an hour just to sign the closing paperwork, and that didn't set me up well for trying to sell me on add-on's. I'd fire this guy if I was on the leadership team there. They're now selling one of my trucks for what they gave me on trade-in for both. That's HUGE mark up and margin, so don't be fooled. They don't have what they want you believe in prep and out-of-pocket costs into the vehicles they're selling. I still don't know who my RAM truck is financed with. It could be one of three institutions. I will be double checking with my preferred financing institution (of the three) to verify if the finance group at Colorado Springs Dodge did what I asked them to do. Oh yeah - and I should've received an emissions voucher for Douglas county, but instead I was told to pay for it and bring them the receipt (a 35 mile one-way trip for me to bring the receipt to them). I am a DETRACTOR of Colorado Springs Dodge. They need to learn customer experience from their neighbors, Fairicy Boys, where I bought my wife's vehicle. I will continue to post my displeasure all over and where I can about Colorado Springs Dodge. "If you don't know Colorado Springs Dodge...don't bother to do so." More

The impression of the dealership went downhill when I sat down to discuss financial options with Mr. Garth Wilson. His demeanor was condescending and attempted to up-sale on options that were of no interest to me. When I denied these packages, his friendliness diminished making it a very unpleasant experience as if I were an inconvenience for him. As I read the estimates, I can hear his fingers tapping on the desk rushing me. Had I known that this was the norm in Colorado Springs Dodge with Mr. Wilson, I would have taken my business elsewhere. What kept me from walking out that day was the low inventory in other dealerships due to the July Hail damage in Colorado Springs. I am a seasoned shopper and could only imagine how young and inexperienced buyers could potentially be susceptible to a misleading sales pitch to purchase additional options. More

He was wonderfully professional, and everything he said he would do, he did. The truck was exactly as advertised, the detail shop did a fantastic job cleaning it (we tested it before it had even been through the detail shop), it was ready when promised, and Eric even arranged to fill the gas tank! Steve in the Finance Office was knowledgeable and did not push a myriad of extra products on us, and was able to answer all our questions. This was the least stressful, most enjoyable vehicle buying experience E.V.E.R. in all our years of purchasing vehicles. Thank you Eric, Steve, and the Colorado Springs Dodge dealership! More

The moreland automotive group dealerships have the highest trained, and most knowlegable techs. From cherry creek dodge in aurora to colorado springs dodge. The service department does whats right by the customer. Other dealerships like perkins cares only about making money off of unsuspecting customers. Unlike perkins motors, colorado springs dodge completes work on vehicles to factory specs. More
Dishonesty makes them money, takes advantage of Soldiers I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. The salesman was great, discovered my needs and showed me vehicles that matched. we agreed on I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. The salesman was great, discovered my needs and showed me vehicles that matched. we agreed on a price and I was sent to the finance office. Meeting with Garth Wilson has been the worst experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. his deception, high pressure sales techniques, dishonesty, and vagueness about terms and conditions had me signed up for multiple extras. He took advantage of the fact that I am a servicemember, stating " we take care of our troops so I'll throw in free oil changes." I took his word for it. Then the paperwork said I'm charged $650 for the oil changes. He lied, said that he offset the price of the warranty I purchased to make up for it ( he didn't) and then moved on. I also bought the MVP recovery gps tracker ($1500) which turns out requires a monthly subscription, and cannot be sold or transferred to anybody. I attempted to cancel that item just 2 hours after my vehicle purchase, and Garth refused to do anything about it. Again the salesman experience was great, i found exactly what i wanted. But if you find a vehicle from this dealership you like and plan to purchase it, prepare yourself before going to the finance department. If you believe that values and integrity exist in that office, you'll be paying thousands for that mistake. More

A Great Experience I'd like to give a special thanks to the sales staff especially Mike Lamb. I'm a very picky buyer and he stuck by me the whole way. I'd like to give a special thanks to the sales staff especially Mike Lamb. I'm a very picky buyer and he stuck by me the whole way. More

There has been no contact to see if our vehicle is fitting our needs, a thank you or anything. The finance guy had no idea what vehicle we were buying when we got to his office and tried selling me several different warranties until I finally told him to pack sand, isn't he aware of what he's selling me, do they not have confidence in the product they are selling? I had an issue and left messages for our sales associate over a month ago, haven't event heard a peep. They just want your money and see ya Jack. More
Excellent customer help Adam Medina, Internet Manager, was patient and knowledgeable with the numerous questions I had about purchasing a new Ram truck. I highly recommend w Adam Medina, Internet Manager, was patient and knowledgeable with the numerous questions I had about purchasing a new Ram truck. I highly recommend working with him. At all times he was sincere about my concerns. I never felt like I was asking irrelevant questions and if he did not have the answer he would get back to me promptly. I was able to sort out what I actually wanted on my new truck. I would also like to thank his manager John Johnson for his time and straight talk about my trade in. And I very much appreciated John's efforts in helping me locate the model I wanted. Kudos to Colorado Springs Dodge for excellent customer help. I would also like to add that I live closer to other dealerships but I would drive the extra miles to purchase from Colorado Springs Dodge. More
Used Chevy We were contacted rather quickly when we inquired about a car online. Not surprising. Our salesman, Mike Rotondo was your "typical used car salesman." We were contacted rather quickly when we inquired about a car online. Not surprising. Our salesman, Mike Rotondo was your "typical used car salesman." I was unimpressed with his professionalism, or lack thereof. His unfriendliness was what surprised me the most, followed by his use of "coarse language" in front of our five small children. We were handed off to Garth, in finance. He said we were "getting a warranty," making it sound as though it was being thrown in. However, when we got to the part where it listed the amount financed, we quickly realized that we were actually paying $2,000 for the warranty. This was something we had never agreed to, in fact our forms prior said "as-is." When we questioned him, he said it was necessary to "get the deal done." I found this suspect, considering we came in with our own financing from Capital One. We told him if that was in fact the case, then we were going to have to walk away, as we weren't paying that much. He made a huffy phone call to ... Somebody, and then proceeded to bad mouth our salesman for not explaining things to us, in front of us. When he was instructed (I'm assuming) to rewrite the deal, sans warranty, he quite literally chucked out old deal across the space into his trash can. He got us out of his office as quickly as possible. Very few terms of our agreement were actually explained to us, and his irritation with our catching him in his warranty slip were clearly evident. Since we bought it, our lender still doesn't have our paperwork, and I'm not entirely convinced it's going to be handled. I tried to call multiple times, the number online. The line rang and rang and rang with no answer. I finally called the parts department, and asked to be transferred to Finance. They transferred me to Garth, where I left a message. We'll see what happens. More
