The finance guy had no idea what vehicle we were buying when we got to his office and tried selling me several different warranties until I finally told him to pack sand, isn't he aware of what he's selling me, do they not have confidence in the product they are selling? I had an issue and left messages for our sales associate over a month ago, haven't event heard a peep. They just want your money and see ya Jack. More

At all times he was sincere about my concerns. I never felt like I was asking irrelevant questions and if he did not have the answer he would get back to me promptly. I was able to sort out what I actually wanted on my new truck. I would also like to thank his manager John Johnson for his time and straight talk about my trade in. And I very much appreciated John's efforts in helping me locate the model I wanted. Kudos to Colorado Springs Dodge for excellent customer help. Used Chevy We were contacted rather quickly when we inquired about a car online. Not surprising. Our salesman, Mike Rotondo was your "typical used car salesman." We were contacted rather quickly when we inquired about a car online. Not surprising. Our salesman, Mike Rotondo was your "typical used car salesman." I was unimpressed with his professionalism, or lack thereof. His unfriendliness was what surprised me the most, followed by his use of "coarse language" in front of our five small children. We were handed off to Garth, in finance. He said we were "getting a warranty," making it sound as though it was being thrown in. However, when we got to the part where it listed the amount financed, we quickly realized that we were actually paying $2,000 for the warranty. This was something we had never agreed to, in fact our forms prior said "as-is." When we questioned him, he said it was necessary to "get the deal done." I found this suspect, considering we came in with our own financing from Capital One. We told him if that was in fact the case, then we were going to have to walk away, as we weren't paying that much. He made a huffy phone call to ... Somebody, and then proceeded to bad mouth our salesman for not explaining things to us, in front of us. When he was instructed (I'm assuming) to rewrite the deal, sans warranty, he quite literally chucked out old deal across the space into his trash can. He got us out of his office as quickly as possible. Very few terms of our agreement were actually explained to us, and his irritation with our catching him in his warranty slip were clearly evident. Since we bought it, our lender still doesn't have our paperwork, and I'm not entirely convinced it's going to be handled. I tried to call multiple times, the number online. The line rang and rang and rang with no answer. I finally called the parts department, and asked to be transferred to Finance. They transferred me to Garth, where I left a message. We'll see what happens. More

Would not help I went in to have the sales department add a sales code to my truck computer, but the tech said what I wanted to do was impossible and wouldn't even t I went in to have the sales department add a sales code to my truck computer, but the tech said what I wanted to do was impossible and wouldn't even try. All I needed was a code added and then to reset the computer, even if it hadn't worked, nothing would have been harmed. He assured me that he was not trying to push me away and was not very friendly. I got another dealership to do the work I need and it did work, so the technicians at this dealership do not know their vehicles as well as they think they do. More

Smoke and Mirrors Brian (sales) was awesome! He knew every detail about all the trucks and features. Have since contracted him and always receive great service. Will Brian (sales) was awesome! We decided on a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie. Garth Wilson (finance) lied about EVERYTHING (extended warranty, MVP recovery, oil changes). In order to get us to sign up for his warranty, he "threw in" oil changes for 3 years and this MVP recovery GPS tracking system. By this time we had been at the dealer all day and exhausted from all the back & forth. An error on our part, we didn't pay close enough attention to the numbers at signing. The next day, looking over the paperwork, I noticed Garth charged us for the extended warranty, oil changes, MVP system. We arranged to meet with him at 1p so we took off work on a Monday to meet . He was over 1 1/2 hours late... which according to his coworkers isn't a surprise and he does this all the time. Nothing was resolved. He said he couldn't refund us the $1500 for the MVP system was already ordered and they couldn't stop that process. BTW, the MVP system is a monthly charge and comes with only a one year subscription. BTW, the so-called oil change deal is 5 changes in 3 years which they charged us $850 ($170 each) for. We called their service department at the time while waiting for Garth and oil changes were under $130. We have since used the service center and have had no issues. They even installed my running boards and resolved a recall item while we waited for Garth to show up. PLEASE be cautious when dealing with this dealership especially in the finance department. *UPDATE* To be clear, our interaction with the salesman (Brian – who was awesome!), his knowledge of vehicle, making the deal, etc. was a good experience. However our initial issues were with finance and we have worked with Scott and rectified this situation. More
