He was an awesome salesman, new his product and helped us get a great deal. We appreciated his patience while I was driving, he let me "test" it my way and I appreciated it very much. I would definitely give him an "A+" as a salesman. Thanks Rob! More
Great Dealership! First of all, you should know I am an extremely difficult customer. I previously owned a Ram 2500 and wanted a better ride so I decided to get a 1500 First of all, you should know I am an extremely difficult customer. I previously owned a Ram 2500 and wanted a better ride so I decided to get a 1500 this time around. The problem is I didn't clearly know what I wanted. I spent several hours in two days at Colorado Springs Dodge deciding what I wanted......no kidding! If you want to see some selection, this is the place! Billy V. Is the first salesman I dealt with and he was, and still is, fantastic to deal with during and after the sale. Albert, the sales manager, didn't waste any time the first day I was there getting me a decent quote on my trade in. Billy, my wife, and I took an Eco Diesel on a test drive and discussed the pluses and minuses of the new diesel with Albert. My wife and I had things to do that evening, so we said "thanks for your time and we will see you later". They said, "no problem" and Billy handed me his card. The next day I headed back there because I knew I wanted Billy to get my commission and I would just custom order a truck if they didn't have what I want. I was very disappointed that it was his day off and was just going to come back when he was there, but I also didn't want to waste time. Jason D. approached me and asked if he could help. I made sure that Billy would still get 50% commission if Jason completed the sale and they assured me that he would. So, Jason and I looked at trucks....all day, and no one ever made me feel like I was wasting their time. Jason listened to my wants and needs and didn't try and under sell me. He pinpointed and hunted down exactly what I needed. We worked a deal on a Longhorn 1500.....without brain damage! I drove away with the luxury and comfort I wanted and all the working man features I needed. I talked to all the departments (sales, service, and parts) throughout the day and have piece of mind with no buyers remorse. Here is the icing on the cake. I am an indecisive pain in the butt and decided I didn't want the sunroof we worked into the deal. I decided I didn't need it or want my new truck cut into. Billy kept in touch with me and let me know they were working on a solution. They wrote me a check for what the sunroof would cost so I could buy the retractable bed cover I need! Thanks Billy, Jason, and Albert! See you in a few years when the Eco Diesel is a proven platform. My new rolling office with a proven 5.7 Hemi is awesome! Jason H. Divide, CO More
Billy is amazing! Seriously!! He worked so hard for us! We have crappy credit and we were trading in a crappy van that we still owed money on! We had a hard time fi Seriously!! He worked so hard for us! We have crappy credit and we were trading in a crappy van that we still owed money on! We had a hard time finding a bank who would work with us. But billy did not stop. He made us his priority. I called a week before coming in and he followed up with us to make sure we were still available. Once we got there he helped us in everyway he could. At 1st we wanted a new (to us) van but we left with a Madza. And you know what, its even better than the van we thought we liked. He wasn't just out to get comission. He was out to get us what we deserve. He was kind, curtious, and patient. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car at colorado springs dodge! More
Colorado Springs Dodge is Excellent Before & After the Sale On 4/23/14, I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Colorado Springs Dodge. I have been dealer loyal to Perkins for 15 years, but the selection and Colorado Springs Dodge was too good to not at least see what they could do. In 30 years of purchasing vehicles, this was the best dealership experience that I've had. The customer service is second to none. Just after the purchase, I had a concern, but they stepped up and clarified it for me, and then threw in a free oil change on top of it. Pretty decent of them considering the concern was a lack of understanding on my part and nothing that they'd done wrong. Sales, Finance, Service and Parts, have all been very professional and polite. Big thanks to Jason Martin and Scott in Finance. I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. Tim G. More
New 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan First time new car buying experience and even buying from a dealer and sort of went in with all the stereotypes in mind of high pressure salesmen tryi First time new car buying experience and even buying from a dealer and sort of went in with all the stereotypes in mind of high pressure salesmen trying to sell you what they want you to buy instead of what you need or came for. My salesman Mike Roberts called me within seconds of filling out an online form. (Now that's fast service). Extremely nice and laid back. When at the dealership the next day to test drive and check out vans Mike had a great big smile on his face which seems like the easiest thing to do but I had been to other dealers to test drive and look and something as simple as that really changes things and puts you (the buyer) in a better, more comfortable mood. He helped me find everything I wanted and didn't push for add-ons or packages that I didn't want/need. Found me a van that was everything I wanted. Negotiation was an easygoing and fun experience with us laughing and cracking jokes with one another. Got a great price on my van, never felt that I was being taken advantage of, plus with all the information on the web with true car cost and dealer cost it's pretty easy to know if you get a fair deal. In addition after the car buying process he went above and beyond keeping me informed on the status of my van, (wasn't on the lot, they had to order it), and had all the dealer stickers/decals removed at my request. I would definitely recommend using Mike Roberts as your salesman when buying a vehicle for a fun experience. Plus he's a family man and a dog lover, says a lot in my opinion. If you use him ask to see a video of how well trained his dog is, will blow you away with it. More

I did not like the older model and told then if they had a used purple one I would take it. I was fixin to leave and the other sales rep told me to hold on. They told me to go on a test drive with the other salesmen. He showed me what a Challenger could do. So I was impressed and they gave me a killer deal. Now I have a Purple Dodge Challenger that I love. Everyone was very nice and helpful. If you want a impressive test drive ask for the Hungarian. More

Too Bad Colorado Springs Dodge is a great dealership, however, Christian could use a refresher course on customer service, business ethics, and honesty. Great Sales Associate, Horrible leadership. Being a returning customer to this dealership I expected a lot better, since the year prior I purchased a $54,000 Dodge Ram from this location. How Being a returning customer to this dealership I expected a lot better, since the year prior I purchased a $54,000 Dodge Ram from this location. However what I experienced was the complete opposite of what you would expect for a returning customer. The Sales Representatives (I.E Floor Sales) were extremely considerate and helpful. This review in no way reflects Caleb Fagan or my Sales Rep from last year Jason, but focuses on the floor manager and his underhanded dishonest techniques to earn money, but not customers. I have no illusions that business such as car dealerships and the likes are a for profit, and they have to make money to stay afloat. With this in mind you expect a little pressure and fast talk when you walk into that environment as long as it's done honestly, however this was not the case at this location. The dishonesty, lies and underhandedness that came from the sales manager was completely unprofessional and on the likes of what you would expect from a back lot used car salesman with no morals. He started with the numbers game, now I'm not a mathematician, but I've bought enough cars to understand a monthly payment. However, he proceeded to tell me how monthly payments work depending on how something is worth...yea I got it thanks. After he insulted my intelligence, he proceeds to tell me he wants $1,500 for taxes on the vehicle, which I respond with; no, that's ok all my money is tied up ( of course I have the money, but I have a better than average credit score and I'm not playing that game). Apparently, that answer is not good enough for him and tells me they take Credit cards, Hmm...yea I'm sure you do, who doesn't?! There is no way in Hades at 10% interest, I'm going to go that route, besides I'm financing the car if I wanted to pay 10% I would have put it on my credit card. In the mean time I already know what vehicle I have in mind and its a 2013, being that it's a previous years vehicle I ask what is the discount off the vehicle? He tells me " I can sell it to you at invoice", so I ask how much off of the MSRP is that? He says "$1,000 off", okay I know it's probably less than that, but I accept. While all this is going on they are evaluating my trade, however not once during this whole fiasco does he tell me how much he would give me for it. Now before going into the dealership I researched a couple of sites for trade-in value and the average was between $9-10k which being a returning customer I figured they would honor it, I mean who doesn't appreciate loyalty? Wrong!!! obviously Colorado Springs Dodge Sales Manager could care less. Now, if he would have gone over numbers with me on it I would have agreed on a reasonable number, I'm not trying to make money, but I want a fair deal. When I handed them the keys so they could test drive it and figure out what they could give me for it, he asked me what I thought it was worth and I responded between 8-10k and that was the end of it. Once again I relied on being a repeat customer and the honesty of the dealership Associates...Bad assumption. Once I had finally made it to the finance department I seen what he thought my business was worth $7,500. That's what he gave me for my trade. Here is what they are selling it for: $ 14,995, now assuming the used car Manager is as dishonest as the New car Manager they just made a profit of 7,500...not too shabby. At this point I'm tired and just want to go home, so I cut my losses and sign the paperwork (fully knowing I would never return to this dealership), I figured if this is what my business means to them so be it. I finally make it out to the newly purchased vehicle and prepare to go home, when I look at the paperwork one more time just to be sure. Then I noticed that none of the vehicle information matches my vehicle, not the VIN, or the color...they had sold me the wrong car! I had mentioned earlier that I wanted the red 2013, but ultimately decided on the 2013 that was pearl white, this was mentioned because they prepared the pearl one and all my stuff from my previous vehicle was now in it. I mention this to Caleb, and ask him if this is a problem, ultimately this was a yes. Now I don't blame Caleb, he was helpful honest and understood my needs. However how does this kind of mistake make it through the gauntlet of Sales mangers and Finance office without being noticed or caught? After another painful wait (approximately 1 hour 1/2) I go back to the finance office and sign another set of paperwork. Done with the paperwork I make it out to the vehicle where Caleb expresses his apologies for the mix-up and delay. I told him that I did not blame him and that his Superiors should have caught the mistake if they had been doing their jobs. finally in the vehicle I drive home. After a couple of days go by I get a call from Caleb explaining I needed to get a BW code for the Dealership, not knowing what exactly this is, he proceeds to tell me it's a manufactures rebate code from my insurance company USAA. Confused to what exactly this is I call USAA and they tell me it's a new car incentive given by Dodge in the amount of $1,000. So understanding this I call Caleb back mainly because this was never mentioned during the sales process. He explains to me that the code for my other vehicle (Dodge Ram1500) that I purchased the year before would not work twice. Bewildered, I asked why was this never mentioned while I was at the dealership, was this in addition to the $1,000 that was taken off for the vehicle being at invoice? He tells me he thought that he had said something about it, however I don't have a case of Dementia as of late and I remember what took place. Anyhow, I told him I will get back with him once I figure this out and proceed to re-look the paper work and called the incentive Dept of Dodge. Once I had looked over the paper work as realized what was going on, I understood more clearly. He had not taken a $1,000 off the 2013 vehicle as he said he would in "Good Faith", he went behind my back and tried to use a manufactures rebate that I had never authorized to cover the $1,000 that was supposed to be "at invoice". I could not believe it, not only did he not give me fair trade value he was trying to sell me a 2013 at MSRP! I called back to USAA and asked them if there was any way the dealership could get the BW code without my approval and they told me no, I said good and had them place a note to block it if they did. In the end I called Caleb and told him I would not be sending the BW number because I knew what was going on. I have served 13 years in the military and this is by far the worst professionalism I have seen from a car dealership. The tactics and dishonesty portrayed by the Sales management is beyond any treatment I have ever received as a returning customer or a first time customer for that matter. I will never re-visit this dealership, not even for directions because I pretty sure it would be wrong. I will make sure to tell everyone I know, in the Military and friends/family to avoid this dealership because of my experience. I have never written a bad review of any business, however my ordeal at this business merited it and to me that is no small matter. Once again I place no blame on Caleb Fagan, he was the only reason I put 5/5 on Quality of work and Friendliness. Sincerely, a very unsatisfied customer. More
