He followed through even after I left the dealership with obtaining the second key, making sure my first oil change and safety inspection were done. Overall we just came in for a oil change and ended up looking at trucks while waiting. We worked with Jeff and he probably spent 4 hours with us while we looked at several different trucks and spent time looking at trucks while waiting.
