Mr. Porter, Our Dealership strives to achieve 5-Star Service for every customer. Based on your review, we obviously fell short of our goals. Customers who take the time to give us feedback on what we can do to improve are essential to us achieving the standards we strive for. There is no excuse for our lack of service in every aspect that you mention. I would like to express an apology from our dealership for our shortcomings in the communication, scheduling, and delivery processes that you shared with us. In the event that a scheduling conflict arises when delivering a new vehicle, we have Floor Managers that step in for that salesperson, to complete the experience. Again, our process failed. Regarding the fuel, our dealership prides itself on the volume we sell in the front range, with the current costs of fuel, delivering each new vehicle with a full tank, would add a tremendous amount of costs to our already razor thin margins. However, if you would please contact me through the dealership, I would like to address this with you personally. I have discussed the concerns with the involved parties to prevent any future problems of this nature and while we fell short on this opportunity, I am confident that your experience was the exception, rather than the rule. Mr. Ming, Thank you for taking the opportunity to express yourself on these independent forums. Expressing your displeasure with our dealership is a right that you should feel free to exercise. We appreciate constructive criticism and constantly review/revise our processes to improve as a business. Specifically, in your transaction with our dealership, you indicated that we were dishonest from “Sales Closer through finance to to [sic] Sales Manager Albert... [caps removed]”. In fact, we put everything that was agreed to in writing. We actually lowered the price from the original agreement. Finally, you approved everything that we came to an agreement on, multiple times. Next you mention our BBR and how “the individuals that have been burned by these crooks must be in the thousands [caps removed]”. While we have had complaints in the last 3 years (31), our volume of business (6000+) in relation to the complaints would indicate that most of our customers are very satisfied. Anyone that expresses dissatisfaction with our dealership is a concern, as customers are our lifeblood. Every concern is addressed and replied to. Many times, we find that concerns shared with us can be very constructive. My feelings are that the personal attack on myself and the dealership was directly motivated by our decision to not capitulate to your ultimatum to “put 20” chrome wheels on my car and I will go quietly, if not I will make you wish you had”. Even after receiving this unreasonable demand (as you bought the car with 18” aluminum wheels on it), I offered to participate in the costs associated with you receiving the wheels that you so emphatically desired. You declined, and here we are. While, we sincerely appreciate doing business with you, we do realize that not all customers will feel complete satisfaction with their purchase. We will continue to strive to communicate clearly with our dis-satisfied customers and address their concerns in a timely fashion.
