I bought a new truck from this dealer. Salesman quoted me a number and I found a better price by 2500.00 at an out of state dealer. Saleman told me if I could wait 3 weeks he could do as good. He was actuall a number and I found a better price by 2500.00 at an out of state dealer. Saleman told me if I could wait 3 weeks he could do as good. He was actually rude about my shopping the number but I agreed to wait. I received the truck with 900 miles on it and it wasnt equipped the way it was quoted. He was not able to do the upfits I requested and only knocked off 500.00 for about 1200.00 worth of upfits. I found one of the upfits overnight and installed my self. I had to call several times to get him to do the DOT inspection he was supposed to do. He ended up doing the inspection from his office without looking at the truck and UPS'd me the form and equipment which I am sure the DOT wouldn't except as an inspection. My temp plates expired and I have yet to get a return call regarding the status of my paperwork. I am extremely dissatisfied and would suggest anyone who needs a new truck go elsewhere and research th dealer. I am guilty of being to trusting and too busy to deal with this outfit. More
