To start off our salesman Bobby and the finance guy Scott were great, but the sales manager was very unprofessional. I brought in my vehicle to trade of course in standard car dealer form the trade value cam were great, but the sales manager was very unprofessional. I brought in my vehicle to trade of course in standard car dealer form the trade value came in around $13000. And as an educated buyer I knew what retail was on my vehicle and actually know around what it will sell for at auction. I told Bobby my car retails for around $27000 and I understand you need to make money but not $14000 dollars. He took that to the sales manager and the manager says very loudly there is no Taurus worth $27000 and everyone over there had a great laugh at my expense. I build homes and know that a few months ago we did not care if people bought or did not if someone had a problem we would give them the earnest money back and send them on their way because someone else was waiting to buy but we were never rude or condescending. In the end I did receive what I wanted for my vehicle with a slight apology for the mistake on my vehicle, which they said they did not realize it was a SHO. If the vehicle market was not so bleak and we could have found a similar vehicle somewhere else I would have left for sure. I guess you should enjoy the market now with the attitude at some of the employees you will not receive many referrals or repeat customers. More
