The work was done in s timely manner and I was kept informed as to the progress and costs. The service representative did an excellent job in getting the warranty work approved quickly. The only concer informed as to the progress and costs. The service representative did an excellent job in getting the warranty work approved quickly. The only concern I have is that I discovered a screwdriver under the hood when I opened the hood a day or do later. That could’ve been a big issue if it had fallen into the engine at some point. More
