This is the reason I moved to AutoNation: my tiniest concerns are accepted with some kind of instructions from the Internet as to what is going on … you must ask for it …. This makes maintaining the car much more exact for recommended maintenance so I don’t ask for procedures not needed such as oil life . Thank you for that More

It was a frustrating experience. There was a lack of communication between departments and with me. My car was at the dealership over 4 weeks. Evidently, making an appointment doesn't expedite anything. I am hoping the work that was done will hold up. I have no reason to think it won't but time will tell.
