AutoNation Ford Arlington - Service Center

I started bringing my truck to Autonation for servicing. I am pretty satisfied with the service that I have been getting. A) Very happy with the service tech's (Peggy and Tim). B) Happy with transportation provided when I have to drop off my truck. C) I am a little disappointed with the process of when I drive up in the lane, I expect someone to come my truck, I have to get out of my truck and walk to the service desk. D) Very good job of explaining any problem with the truck, shows me options. E) Setting up appointments is an issuer for me, the last time I setup an appointment I was given a time however: when I arrived, I was told I had a 2 1/2 hour wait. If that is the case, why set an appointment. Overall, I am pleased, most of the service tech's are pretty professional. I rated you 4 stars because of the (C) - (E) above. More

It’s easy to make an appointment and the service personnel are very knowledgeable about the vehicle. And the normally wash your vehicle after the service. However, they failed to wash mine this last personnel are very knowledgeable about the vehicle. And the normally wash your vehicle after the service.
