It took 4 months to get the TCM replaced, and it was supposed to be covered by warranty. However, it took from mid October to mid December to finally get the rental covered by Ford. I have been trying t supposed to be covered by warranty. However, it took from mid October to mid December to finally get the rental covered by Ford. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the rentals I paid for, but have been completely ignored for the last 5 months by Chad at your dealership. This needs to be addressed and the reimbursement needs to be approved ASAP. Someone needs to contact me and get this issue resolved. More

The salesman was very pushy and more worried about the insurance transfer to the new vehicle than my satisfaction with the deal and price of the car and trade in. Then they totally missed the odometer pa insurance transfer to the new vehicle than my satisfaction with the deal and price of the car and trade in. Then they totally missed the odometer page of the contract so I couldn't get my refund on the trade in. It took 2 weeks and a lot of hassle to finally produce the form. It seemed S though many of the employees kept using the excuse that they had just started. Very poor service but the one finance manager was finally able to put together a decent deal after I walked out first. More

Great to work with, honest, friendly and courteous. In 2022 I ordered a truck that unfortunately came without some features that wanted. The sales manager made an agreement with me that if I purchased the truck and ordered another one with correct features he would make it right when the new truck came in.
