Repair service when smoothly, however no one noticed that my light leather drivers seat was filthy with grease residue. I found it amusing that they would cover my black carpet but leave the off white leathe my light leather drivers seat was filthy with grease residue. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! ! Only one worker on Saturday. When I received my truck the tire pressures were all different. Again I was incredible disappointed and upset by the service department and how it was ran. Poor Moses was being pulled in every direction but had a very positive attitude. Both vehicles needed additional service beyond the scheduled appointment, and the team was able to take care of everything. The Sales Team also helped me out providing me a place to setup an office while I was there. We’ve been satisfied and referring customers for several years now, and we aren’t going anywhere else for our Ford vehicles. It’s a great team all-around. More
