The service specialist I worked with was very nice, but I was in the waiting room for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and I had an appointment. Frustrating. This place gives Ford a bad name. Really the worst car buying experience ever. They even charged me for a plate that I didn’t use and never refunded as promised. Go anywhere else. I have heard Sarasota is better. More
