The service specialist I worked with was very nice, but I was in the waiting room for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and I had an appointment. Frustrating. This place gives Ford a bad name. Really the worst car buying experience ever. They even charged me for a plate that I didn’t use and never refunded as promised. Go anywhere else. Made an appointment to get my car fixed (Thursday). Was told it would only take one day. No call from rep, so I called around 3pm to check status. Rep stated he needed to keep car extra day because parts d told it would only take one day. No call from rep, so I called around 3pm to check status. Explained I needed my car. He said to pick up and drop off on Monday. Car wasn’t done until Tuesday. Needless to say, don’t believe the same day turnaround. More
