Outstanding Service I had my car in for service. A 2015 Toyota Prius that I purchased from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. I have been too busy to get all the way up to I had my car in for service. A 2015 Toyota Prius that I purchased from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. I have been too busy to get all the way up to Toyota. I stopped in and saw Andy Spenik on the service drive. As it turns out Andy was the parts and service director. They performed my 20k mile service to toyota standards and even made sure that they used a toyota filter and synthetic oil. What a fantastic experience!!! They exceeded all my expectations and did a fantastic job!! I definitely recommend this dealership!!! Keep up the great work and I will be back!!! More

I have never been treated with the degree of attention and courtesy at any other dealership than I have at AutoNation Ford (this includes MB of Sarasota, the Gettel Group (the worst), and many others over the years). My Service Advisor (Andrew Bilan) is by far the best I have ever dealt with. His follow-up and his concern are truly exceptional. There are very, very few people that I trust to the degree that I trust Andrew. I have been involved in the purchase of 7 vehicles with the AutoNation group of dealerships. The service department is one of the main reasons that I stay with AutoNation. They seem to actually care about the customer. How refreshing in today's business climate. More
