Ford's process for service is terrible. I had an appointment for service base on the warning light and the ap and it takes up to 48 hours for them to even look at the car. Why have an app I had an appointment for service base on the warning light and the ap and it takes up to 48 hours for them to even look at the car. Why have an appointment? Once they looked at the car the service was performed quickly. They did forget to wash and vaccuum it though. My Service advisor Alonzo however, was great! More
