Do not go to AutoNation Burleson. They wouldn't let me buy a car without a protection plan, and then told me I could cancel it after I sign the papers. It took over a month to hear back from the finance person, just to continue to be ghosted. After contacting customer service, I finally got the cancellation paperwork as well as other needed information. I got confirmation that it was accepted and processed on 2/12/25 and that it would take 6-8 weeks. After trying to reach someone today 3/27/25 to check on the refund, one number (text) told me that it was processed as of 2/21 and that the refund would be sent to me. They also gave me a phone number, so I contacted that number at product cancellation. When I finally reached someone there, they told me it was just sent to processing today! This person told me that a Hunter Carey from AutoNation Burleson had just sent in the cancellation two days ago. The lady from this call could not tell me why I was given a 2/21 processed date, and then when I asked her clarify this difference in information told me the email and text I had must be wrong and then hung up on me. I'm beyond frustrated that AutoNation is dragging their feet on something I didn't even want to begin with. All I want is to have a date to expect my money back, especially since its already been 6 weeks! More
It was a very pleasant experience. I had called ahead and spoke to a salesperson that morning and explained what I was looking for. He said he would have the car out front and ready for a test drive once I arrived. We walked into the door and requested the salesperson by name, he gave a quick rundown of the car and showed it to us and we did a test drive just like he had stated over the phone. We came back from the test drive and went into his office and did all the paperwork and drove the car home the same day. Very efficient and pleasant sales and buyer experience. Will recommend this dealership to future buyers. More

Well Same thing, that is as far as it went, the GM will not answer or return calls nor his subordinates. Just lip service on the review to save face I suppose, but it is very unscrupulous and dishonest to continue to ignore a patrons concerns. So I must give this place 0 for effort and one star because it wont go any lower. I would not take my daughters red flyer wagon to them for fear of it never coming back. My car they had 6 months and are still not agreeing to fix the situation. More
