Made an appointment to get a new key made for my truck for 9:45 am. Arrived on time and was first in line. Four other cars lined up behind me and we all sat there waiting. I finally went inside and asked if anyone was working today and a gentleman came out and finally took my information. I have had several vehicles serviced here in the past and usually we are met shortly after we arrive, I was very disappointed in the service we received this time. The key worked fine and I was called when it was done but I had made an appointment to be able to leave the truck quickly and keep an appointment elsewhere. Was given estimate of additional work to be done of an hour. Work finally completed 2 hours after time estimated. 3 hours for a 1 hour job. Reason given was that technician was stopping job in progress on hour. Work finally completed 2 hours after time estimated. 3 hours for a 1 hour job. I gave a 3 instead of a 1 or 2 because I have historically received good service at this location. Dealership did give me an unsolicited, significant price break because of the delay. More
