I took it in for an oil change and ask them to check my brakes because they were squeaking. I waited a couple of hours which I do understand, however when they were finished they said the brakes squeakin brakes because they were squeaking. I waited a couple of hours which I do understand, however when they were finished they said the brakes squeaking was normal! I have never had a car that the brakes squeaked like this! I was wondering if they even looked. My brakes still squeak ! I will see what they say at my next service appt! More
i have been using this dealership since 1995 when I bought my first Ford Thunderbird. There have been several changes since then in people and the vehicles. It took three(3) calls to the 800 number to get the service appointment confirmed. Once, that was completed, my actual visit at the dealership was excellent. My service advisor was Troy Crow. I will request Troy for my next vist. Very, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks Troy! I was told when setting the service up with the 800 number that because I was 10 miles out from the service area a pickup/delivery service would not be available? They did pick me up the last time, but, my husband was available, so I did not argue with them. More
I purchased my Expedition from AutoNation Ford Burleson but this was my first time to get service. I made an appointment with advisor Douglas. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Ordered tires for my truck. They were not in stock. I was notified when they came in. The service representative said I would have to wait maybe an hour when I arrived. He went back to the the service area and came back. They were able to get the tires changed at that time. He made the extra effort and I appreciate that. More
