The mechanics were the most worthless mechanics I have ever experienced in my life. Things that were supposed to be repaired in the over a month that they had my vehicle were not even touched, and yet wer ever experienced in my life. Things that were supposed to be repaired in the over a month that they had my vehicle were not even touched, and yet were marked as complete. It was so bad that the consultant had to repair the items himself in front of me. There is no excuse for the poor customer service I received from Autonation Ford in Burleson. More
