After a rocky start my Service manager Matt Masters came thru with with flying colors!!!! He bent over backwards to make sure my car was fixed properly. However your bodyshop in Arlington needs work on their timeliness in scheduling jobs. We were told the part was in and it was in their shop 9 days before it was fixed. But not as long as the 9 weeks when I first bought the car in June 2020 and they were putting in a mounted outside tire. But I did get to try out several new vehicles while my car was in the shop and Matt made sure I was kept happy. More
