Most communication, in attempting to obtain job ststus informstion, has been customer originated. Never able to reach the assigned service adviser by phone. Automated phone system is difgicult to work with and always have to leave messages. On a recent call the automated phone system connected me to the service manager' s voice mail. I left a messages. Finally got a rride to the dealership to talk with anyone in the service department only to learn that the service manager had quit. They completed the requested service work a week later. More
