Took my expedition in for a few things,oil change,tire rotation and a recall. While it was there they notice back light on my lift gate was not working. Very thankful since I was under 2k miles from my wa rotation and a recall. While it was there they notice back light on my lift gate was not working. Very thankful since I was under 2k miles from my warranty expiring. Tail light was little harder to get because of everyone’s stock but one of the workers lives by another dealership and grabbed it when he went by so I didn’t have to wait for shipping etc. That probably saved me a day of my car being there and with no rentals 1 day can seem like forever. So I am very thankful for them taking that into consideration and trying to get mine done asap. Everyone was very professional and worked hard to get me taken care of. More
