They had a big job to do by fixing the bed plate on my 2010 f250. Pull cab and pull motor and set it up on shop table to fix. Almost one week and leak free and when they put it all back together, the engi 2010 f250. Pull cab and pull motor and set it up on shop table to fix. Almost one week and leak free and when they put it all back together, the engine compartment was one point like a new one I was really impressed with it. Awesome job!! More

My service advisor was very good. But apparently some of the technicians have quit or were let go. My service (oil and filter change and tire rotation) required minimum expertise. Limited communication and car was not repaired when returned. Brakes are loudly screaming which is one of the reasons it came in for service. Now we have to bring it back :( returned. Virtually unable to physically speak to anyone or to get them to return phone calls. No contact for five days when vehicle was left up there and was not ready when promised. I will not go back.
