AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

Service rep never returned any of my calls. The only call came when he left a message about having some additional work done. Then he never returned my call to give an estimate on the additional work. Needle came when he left a message about having some additional work done. Then he never returned my call to give an estimate on the additional work. Needless to say, I opted out of additional work. They had my vehicle for two weeks to diagnose and replace the fuel pump. The service manager was much more helpful than my service rep. He got me a quote on the original work and got the ball rolling on the repair. When I went to pick my truck up , the bill was $250 over the estimate. In the end the bill was $150 below the original estimate. I assume if I had not said anything, they would have left the charges as they were. More

I am highly disappointed. I purchased a used truck, was encouraged by the extended warranty for over $3600… Only to find out when push came to shove it really wouldn’t cover anything. The check engine light went on, it took three days for them to run a diagnostic, Knowing we were trying to get this done in a timely manner to get it back to my son who is an active duty in the military, and then they charge me $99.95, told me that it was the spark plugs and will cost me $750 to get it repaired. Then when I picked up the truck they said they wouldn’t give me a copy of the diagnostic, only the receipt for doing the work. At $750 was just too much all things considered… The irony on the check engine light… The dealership took days and charged $100. It took five minutes and was free at AutoZone More
